As a preparatory ground for raw canvas and other porous substrates, it has excellent sealing properties and provides the ideal level of tooth for oil or acrylic painting.

Choose White Gesso, Black Gesso, or Clear Gesso (White and Clear may be tinted with acrylic colors).

Like all Holbein art materials, Holbein Acrylic Gesso is formulated to meet some of the most stringent quality standards in the industry.
