Returns

Change of mind? Get intouch with our support at info@ribbonrose.co.nz to see how we can best help. We are more then happy to help exchange products purchased within 14days, your item will need to be unused and in the same condition that you received it (including packaging)

 

Refunds / Replacements

Product damaged or lost in transit – no worries, our team will help look after replacement if possible, ASAP
For any other refund / replacement concerns just reach out to our friendly team and we will endeavour to help work with you for a solution that you are happy with!
Customer must notify The Ribbon Rose within 30days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement

Shipping

 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returning your items. Refunds can be issued minus shipping costs once product has been returned to us.
We will however look after any costs relating to damaged in transit / faulty products
