When getting your machine serviced at The Ribbon Rose, we service it onsite and have two full-time technicians ready to help. Because we service machines in our own repair centre, we aim to have your machine back to you in just 1 - 3 working days (dependant on the issue and availability of parts, if needed). No matter the issue, we will find the answer.

Cost
A comprehensive service on nearly all models of sewing machines and overlockers costs $120
If parts are required we will discuss options openly with you after assessing your machine, if we don't go ahead with the repair there is no charge
