I purchased a new bobbin case which I needed urgently to complete some Christmas sewing, having had an accident with my one. I added x 5 bobbins onto the order too as I always need more of these. I had conversations with other BERNINA agents and the answers were that it wasn’t possible JUST before Christmas, 22nd December! Some said they would order them in the New Year for me. ??. So I decided to order through The Ribbon Rose, a name that came up as an agent for BERNINA. So at least I had an order in with an agent and fingers crossed I might get it before the New year. However, what happened astounded me. The bobbin case & bobbins arrived in my letterbox around 10am the NEXT morning, delivered to a somewhat rural town in NZ. Amazing service from The Ribbon Rose in getting the items into the couriers so quickly AND NZ Post Couriers for their smart service too. I am so happy with the service from this company. I’ve already shopped again with them. Their attention and service is absolutely fabulous. AAA+ service when it counted the most. Well done everyone! You are a very very SMART business.
