I so love my new machine. It runs like a dream and has some lovely features like the automatic thread cutter and the huge bobbin. I also bought a walking foot and one for embroidery and the service I got from Ribbon Rose was brilliant. Both the machine and the feet arrived the day after I ordered them online. Had to speak to Ribbon Rose staff over the phone and they were fabulous - very knowledgeable and accommodating. I feel like a kid at Christmas with my new Bernina! Thank you!
