Sirdar 5270 Cable Sweater and Vest - Knitting Pattern
Take your pick of two beautiful baby cable patterns. You'll be guided through the creation of this sweater or tank top with a choice of round or V necklines, all in the super-soft Sirdar Snuggly 100% Cotton. These sweaters can be made in sizes from newborn to three years.
You will also need: Single Point Needles 4.00mm (USA 6), Single Point Needles 3.25mm (USA 3), a cable needle and stitch holders.

I've used it for two projects so far, crocheted collar and cuffs for a Sashiko stitched bomber jacket I've been making, and I'm currently making a scarf. It's been really easy to use, and it's got a nice soft feel to it. I love that it's 100% cotton, and I really like the quality of the colours. To my eyes the two shades of blue I've used have had a nice subtlety, rather than just being garish 'poster colours', which I felt gives a sense of quality, and what you might even call 'heritage sophistication' if you were given to such pretentious nonsense. I'm sure I'll be using this yarn again!
