The Marvy Le Plume II Dual Tip Marker is Marvy's long selling dual head water base colouring marker with smooth brush and extra fine tip.
They are great for scrapbooking, card making, paper crafting and colouring book.

Since 1973, Marvy Uchida has been creating colours and different ways to use them. Our hope is that every customer has the chance to use our pens and markers to add a little bit of colour to your life.
