Jasart Academy Thick Edge Canvas is 100% cotton with a ready to paint coating using a triple primed premium acrylic gesso. The Jasart Academy Thick Edge Canvases are ideal for all painting skill levels, from beginners and hobbyist painters to professional artists.

The canvases are constructed with Swedish Pine stretcher bars, providing superior strength to avoid warping. The wood is sustainably sourced and FSC certified. Jasart Academy Canvas has a canvas weight of 280gsm (5oz) and is back stapled with clean cut corners - therefore unsuitable for re-stretching.

Jasart Gallery Thick Edge Premium Canvases are acid free and available in a range of sizes. They are suitable for use with oil paints, acrylics, and alkyds, making them the perfect choice for your next artwork!
