I brought the Rowan ‘Big Wool’ to knit the Daisy beanie for my niece. It was great and the colour match was excellent. This was an easy knit and the pattern required one ball of wool. I’ve made 3x beanies and they are snuggly and warm.

I recently purchased Rowan Big Wool in the colour Ice along with Pattern Cara Raglan Sleeve Jumper, appropriate needles etc. I have almost finished but have found myself to be a few metres short of wool and will have to purchase another full ball even though I followed the pattern - a bit disappointing but that said I'm pleased with the product and the almost finished garment.
